How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Generally it takes 1 – 3 working days in all major cities of India. However, it might take 3-5 business days for II Tier/ III Tier Towns and for the rest of India, it takes 5-8 business days.

What are the shipping charges for deliveries inside India?

Can you deliver outside India?

Yes we do deliveries to almost all the countries outside India, however the shipping charges are applicable based on the weight of the parcel and the place of delivery.

My order has failed but the amount has been debited from my account. What should I do now?

Kindly mail us to with your purchased order number or EBS transaction ID. We will take necessary steps to process your order so that you get your product at the earliest.


How can I cancel or change my order?

Just drop an email to with reference number of your purchase order. If we have not shipped your order yet, then we will cancel your order and we will offer you the option of exchange or refund.


Do you provide COD services to my city?

Dress 59 offers FREE Cash on Delivery (COD) services only in the city of Madurai. If you are a Madurai customer - place your order, select COD option on the checkout page and you will get your order delivered on the same day at your doorstep.


Do you accept returns?

Yes we do have 7 days returns policy on all our products. If there is any manufacturing defect in our product, you can get a replacement for the same. We double check every product to ensure that there is no defect in the item before shipping it to you. Despite in some rare cases it happens. In such cases, you can exchange the product for some other product of your choice and if that product you choose is of higher value then you need to pay extra for that.
