Cancellation Policy:

Dress 59 believes in serving its customers as far as possible and we make every effort to fulfill the orders placed by you. However, there may be certain orders where we are unable to process and are forced to cancel the order. The reasons may be limitations on quantities available for purchase, product damage or any other manufacturing defect, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or issues identified by our credit and avoidance department.

 

In such cases, our Customer Service Department will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is being cancelled after your debit/credit card has been charged, then the invoice amount will be reversed back to your card account.

 

Cancellation by the Customers:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • In case you wish to cancel your order, you can do it so by calling us @ 9965567700 or by sending an email to support@dress59.com.
  • On the receipt of the cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and will make necessary arrangements to refund the entire amount back to your account ( less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us), if the order has not been processed by us.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. We can’t entertain such cancellations as mostly the orders will be processed and shipped on the same day itself.
  • o cancellations are entertained for those products that have been sold on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Christmas etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must intimate us either by calling us or by sending an email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

 

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellations, we will refund your money back in the same mode as the payment was made. If you have made the payment through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking, we will refund the same in your Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking account.

Typically this refund process takes 4-5 business days to get reflected in your bank account. In some cases, Credit Card Issuing Banks may take a longer time to reflect your amount.

Any shipping charges, taxes, if applicable against the order that you have cancelled will not be refunded back. And at any point of time, the refund value will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Return Policy:

Dress 59 is committed to ensure 100% satisfaction with the products that you have ordered from us. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase or in case of defective or incorrect delivery of products, we will cheerfully issue you the option of exchange or replacement.

Terms and conditions:

  • All you need to do is to inform us of your intention to return the product to us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product by filling up the form in “Orders and Returns”. You will hear back from us within 24 hours. Kindly wait for a confirmation from our end authorizing your return before sending any returns.
  • While requesting for an exchange or replacement, you need to select a product of same value or above. If you are choosing an alternative product which is of higher value, then you need to pay the difference amount.
  • Once your return is authorized, we need to send the product back to us through your nearby courier service.
  • Shipping charges incurred to ship a damaged item or a wrongly shipped item back to us will be refunded back to you or will be issued as a Gift Voucher.
  • As we ensure safe delivery of your order to your place, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens to the product in the transit and the package is not delivered to us, we are not responsible for the same and we can’t help you too. Hence, to be on safer side, make sure that you send the return through authorized courier service providers and forward the details to us. Meanwhile, keep the airway bill number safe with you till the item gets delivered to us.

  • The product that you return to us should meet the following specifications – the product must have invoice, have all its original packing and accessories, including price tags, catalog photograph, product bag if any, etc. Most importantly, it should be in unused/sellable condition.
  • As soon as we receive the product and if all the above specifications are in order, we will ship you the replacement product with no additional cost to you. You will be receiving a call from us or an email regarding the replacement that has been shipped to your address.
  • In the event that product that you have returned back to us does not meet the above specifications like the product is damaged due to use or misuse or tampered with or if any default in original packing and accessories; then the product cannot be replaced.
  • You can seek replacement for your entire purchase or a part of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only those product(s) that you have purchased from Dress 59.

Colour and Description Disclaimer:

  • The details of the product mentioned on our website like product specification, weight, colour, size, etc are only approximate values.
  • While we take very effort to reproduce the exact colour of the product, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product due to the nature of fabric dyes, lighting and digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of monitor.
  • Colours like red, dark pink and orange have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade when compared to other colours. Hence you need to extra careful while ordering such items. No refunds will be available in such cases.
  • Sequins and beaded embroidery attires have a tendency to come off. This cannot be avoided even with the best of handling and care. However we ensure best care while packing such items.
